I don’t have to convince you about happiness. All of us want happiness. Every decision we make is about trying to experience more of it in our lives. That’s a given.
Positive-Living-Now is about how we can experience more happiness and live richer, more meaningful, more satisfying lives.
Positivity embraces happiness. But it doesn’t stop there. It includes all the life-affirming emotions: joy, gratitude, serenity, interest, hope, satisfaction, amusement, inspiration, awe, and love.
Positive living is living in a way that generates those positive feelings, that allows them to flow with ease through our lives. It’s a way of meeting the world with attitudes and actions that are life-enhancing, that support the discovery and creative expression of the best in us. It’s a way of living with an open heart and an open mind, of making the most of all life brings us, and of giving to life the best we have to give.
Positive-Living-Now is about the actions we can practice in our lives that diminish the obstacles that keep us from living fully and that move us toward living with more vitality and richness and joy. It’s about identifying our highest values and living them with fullness and strength.
